I know, I know. There are probably millions of websites with low-sodium and low-carb recipes. The difference here is that I'm only going to post recipes that I find work for me. They will be easy, cheap, taste good, and more than anything else, healthy for my heart. Having worn out one heart and then coded the new one three times, I have some sort of investment in this new one, okay. Input cheerfully accepted.
